DAY 0 : DELHI TO SANGLA | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY
- Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station for an overnight journey to CHITKUL- KALPA.
- Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.
DAY 01 : CHECK IN | ARRIVAL IN SANGLA - EXPLORE LOCAL
- Welcome to Shimla, the Queen of Hills and the perfect starting point for your Himalayan adventure! Begin your day with a refreshing cup of tea, freshen up, and prepare for an exciting road journey to Sangla.
- On the way, we 'll pause at the Gateway to Kinnaur, for some memorable photos. As we drive through the mesmerizing Kinnaur Valley, also referred to as the Land of Gods, you’ll notice the landscape gradually transforming, offering breathtaking views.
- Once we arrive in Sangla, settle into your cozy hotel, where a delicious and comforting dinner awaits you. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in the serene surroundings of Sangla.
DAY 2: SANGLA HOLI CELEBRATION
- Happy Holi! Get ready for a celebration that is not only joyful but also spiritual and truly unique. Theentire village will come alive with vibrant colors and festive cheer. Locals and visitors alike will fill the streets, exchanging warm smiles, sharing traditional snacks, and applying colors to each other withkindness and respect.
- Holi in the Kinnaur Valley, often called the Land of Demigods, is deeply connected to the Faguli Festival.This cherished tradition marks the arrival of spring, bringing life and energy back to the valley after the long, cold winter.
- As the day winds down, witness a breathtaking sunset over the majestic Himalayan peaks. Later, enjoy an evening of warmth and camaraderie with a bonfire and live music under a starlit sky.
- A delicious dinner awaits you, followed by a restful overnight stay in the serene setting of Sangla.
DAY 3: CHITKUL EXPLORATON | TRANSFER TO KALPA
- In morning after breakfast, visit Chitkul, the last village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Highlightsinclude: Baspa River: A serene spot to enjoy the views and take stunning photographs.
- Local Village Walk: Explore Chitkul's unique wooden houses and the ancient Mathi Devi Temple. Enjoythe tranquility of this offbeat destination surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
- In Afternoon Transfer to Kalpa: Have lunch en route and proceed to Kalpa, known for its stunning views of the Kinner Kailash Range. Visit Suicide Point near Kalpa for thrilling view
- Evening in Kalpa: Check-in to your hotel. Enjoy dinner with breathtaking views of the Kinner Kailashmountain range.
DAY 4: KALPA TO DELHI | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY TO DELHI
- In morning enjoy a leisurely breakfast while soaking in the panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash peaks.
- Explore local attractions, including: traditional Himachali houses and apple orchards. Narayan-Nagini Temple: A peaceful temple complex offering scenic views.
- After exploration Begin your drive back to Shimla, stopping for lunch en route.
- Reach Shimla in the evening. Depart for Delhi in the late evening
- Transportation from Delhi to Delhi.
- Accommodation for Three nights in Hotel rooms/cottages/Homestays.
- Meals ( 3 Breakfast and 3 Dinners)
- The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

- Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall. Any
- other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather
- conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances
- which are out of our control.
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
