Day 0: Departure For kanatal

• Departure from Delhi at 11:00pm from Jor Bagh Metro station
• Overnight Journey from Delhi to Kanatal.

Day 1: Adeventure activities & Surkanda Devi Temple Visit

• Reach Kanatal & have Breakfast.
• After check-in into rooms, get fresh n up for Adventure Activities, and visit to Dhanaulti Eco Park & Surkanda Devi Mandir.
• After that back to property & enjoy evening snacks and tea.
• Later enjoy dinner at night with bonfire and light music.

Day 2: Tehri lake (water sports acitivities)

• Wake up early morning and enjoy the beautiful morning view of KANATAL, Refresh & have breakfast.
• After Breakfast we will start our journey to Tehri lake for adventure activities. It will take around 1 hour drive to tehri lake.
• We can enjoy various adventure activities there like Jet Skiing, Banana ride, jetattack, Speed boat and much more on direct payment basis.
• After leaving tehri lake, we will depart for Rishikesh for Ganga Aarti (depending upon time) and local sightseeing in rishikesh.We will reach Delhi by Early Morning.

Day 3 : Early morning arrival in Delhi

• 1 Night a t Kanatal Camp-site.
• Meal: 2 Breakfast, 1 Dinner, 1 Evening Snacks at stay
• Surkhanda Devi temple.
• Tehri Lake Visit for Water sports activities.
• Adventure Activities- Zip Line, Burma Bridge, Sky cycling.
• Trip Coordinator.
• 24x7 Customer Support

• Extra Drinks, Food, Tea and Snacks.
• Tickets for any sightseeing or extra activity outside the camp area.
• Travel Insurance & other benefits.
• Medical expenses (apart from first aid) and insurance of any
• kind. Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone
• charges, camera fee and items of personal nature.
• Anything which is not mentioned in inclusions.
• Cost escalation due any unforeseen reason like landslide, road closure,
• Natural calamity etc.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
• The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
• Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
• The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
• Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
• No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
• AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PVT LTD (AQUILLA HIKES) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
• We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
• Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring
• alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
• An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign.
• Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only.

• If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 10% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 80% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee
