Day 0 : Departure From Delhi To Jibhi Tirthan

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station for an overnight journey to Jibhi Tirthan Valley.
• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.
   

Day 1 : Choiee Waterfall | Riverside | Bonfire Night

• Upon arrival in Jibhi Tirthan Valley, the group will head to visit the Choiee Waterfall, a hidden gem in the valley, perfect for a short trek and a refreshing experience.
• Afterward, relax by the riverside, taking in the serene environment and the beauty of the Tirthan River.
• In the evening, gather around a bonfire, enjoy some music, snacks, and have dinner and enjoy a cozy night under the stars.

Day 2 : Shoja | Jalori Pass | Raghupur Fort / Serolsar Lake

• Start the day with a drive to Shoja, a quaint village surrounded by thick forests, offering stunning views of the mountains.
• From Shoja, continue the journey toward Jalori Pass, one of the highest points in the region, known for its scenic beauty and panoramic vistas.
• Choose between visiting the historic Raghupur Fort, which offers a hike with spectacular views, or trek to Serolsar Lake, a serene, high-altitude lake surrounded by dense forest.
• Return to the base for an overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s explorations.

Day 3 : Jibhi Waterfall | Mini Thailand | Depart for Delhi

• In the morning, head to the Jibhi Waterfall, a tranquil spot perfect for photography and nature walks.
• Afterward, visit Mini Thailand, a serene, off-the-beaten-path location offering a picturesque setting for relaxation.
• Begin the journey back to Delhi in the afternoon, stopping for breaks along the way

Day 4 : Delhi Arrival Early Morning

• ​​​​​​Arrive in Delhi early in the morning around 6:00 AM, marking the end of the trip.
  Disembark and continue with your onward journey.

✅Accommodation for two nights in rooms/cottages.
✅Meals ( 2 Breakfast and 2 Dinners)
✅The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
✅All required Permits
✅Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

❌ Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
❌ Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
❌ Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
❌ Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
❌ Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
❌ GST (5%) is applicable extra.
❌ Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
