Day 0: Departure from Delhi to Sarhan

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station for an overnight journey to Sarharn (Chitkul Kalpa Trip) .
• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.

Day 1 : Shimla | Narkanda | Sarhan Arrival

• The group arrives in Shimla, a well-known hill station, for a brief stop to refresh before continuing the journey. The drive takes you through Narkanda, a charming town nestled in the mountains, before heading towards Sarhan.
• Upon arrival in Sarhan in the evening, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay. Enjoy a traditional Himachali dinner with bonfire and music party.

Day 2 : Bhim Kali Temple | Kinnaur Gate | Sangla Valley | Chitkul Arrival

• Begin the day with a visit to the Bhim Kali Temple, an ancient religious site that is an important pilgrimage center in the region.
• From Sarhan, the group proceeds to the Kinnaur Gate, the entryway to the beautiful Kinnaur Valley, known for its dramatic landscapes and high mountain views.
• Continue the drive through the scenic Sangla Valley, with views of the lush green fields and towering peaks.
• By evening, the group arrives in Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border. After checking in to the accommodation, enjoy a quiet evening in the village and relax after the journey.

Day 3 : Chitkul Exploration | Kalpa Arrival

• Spend the day exploring Chitkul, a charming village located amidst apple orchards, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Visit the local Chitkul Temple and take a short trek along the river, soaking in the surrounding natural beauty.
• Afterward, depart for Kalpa, a village known for its stunning views of the Kinnaur Kailash range. The drive offers magnificent views of the snow-capped peaks and tranquil valleys. Arrive in Kalpa and check in to the hotel.
• In the evening, take some time to enjoy the views of the towering Kinnaur Kailash range from Kalpa before retiring for the night.

Day 4 : Kalpa Exploration | Depart for Delhi

• Start the day by exploring Kalpa, including a visit to the Kalpa Monastery, which offers not only spiritual significance but also panoramic views of the surrounding region.
• Spend the day wandering around the village, taking in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoying the stunning landscapes that surround it.
• After lunch, begin the journey back towards Delhi. The group will continue to travel through the mountainous roads, with brief stops along the way to rest and take in the views. The journey will continue overnight.

Day 5: Delhi Arrival

• ​​​​The bus arrives in Delhi by early morning, around 6:00 AM, marking the end of the trip.
• Upon arrival, the group disembarks and continues with their onward journey.

✅Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
✅Accommodation for three (3) nights in camps/rooms/cottages.
✅Meals ( 3 Breakfast, and 3 Dinners)
✅The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
✅All required Permits
✅Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

❌ Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
❌ Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
❌ Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
❌ Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
❌ Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
❌ GST (5%) is applicable extra.
❌ Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
